Hello, Friend with a Pipeline!,

We are once again hitting the road and looking forward to seeing current and new "friends with pipelines"!  Erin is also looking forward to some beautiful Fall colors while we are in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the NAPSR Annual Meeting.  Evergreen:AIR™ will have a table set up are excited to show folks recent updates and talk about what's coming next! 

Shortly thereafter, we are headed to the AGA GPTC Fall meeting in Naples, Florida.  If your company does not have a member on this important committee, I highly recommend considering attending a meeting to check it out.  We get so much out of the conversations around the guidance material published in the AGA GPTC Gas Guide, with perspectives from federal and state agencies, operators, service providers and more.

LNG Facilities Virtual Public Meeting 10/22/2025

PHMSA has announced a virtual public meeting scheduled for October 22, 2025 to discuss a forthcoming proposed rulemaking to update LNG facility safety regulations.

This meeting is virtual only and the FR notice requires online registration by October 15, 2025; HOWEVER, it is not yet available on the PHMSA meeting site to allow registration.  I'm certain it will be added soon.....

This meeting will give PHMSA an opportunity to obtain stakeholder clarification or supplementation of comments previously received on PHMSA's Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published on May 5, 2025.  The ANPRM requested input on a series of questions related to:

• Regulatory authority clarification
• LNG facility type clarification
• Reporting requirements
• Standards updates and/or additions
• Risk-based regulatory approach for large scale LNG facilities
• Regulatory burden reductions

Comments were due on July 7, 2025; and the docket currently shows 7,607 comments posted, that's a LOT of information to sift through!
